History : Stephen was the son of a wealthy English noble. He was training in swimming, and hoped for Olympic gold. He also was active in martial arts and gymanstics. He was a naturally gifted athlete and student. After his mother died, his father quickly had his mistress move in. Stephen broke association with his father upon reaching the age of 18 and moved to Hawaii with his mother's parents. He went to college and became fascinated with art and photography, largely due to the influence of his girlfriend. He became friends with a martial arts teacher who was also a master thief. He recruited young Stephen as a cat burglar. Some time later, a car bomb intended for Stephen's mentor killed Stephen's girlfriend. Trying to track down the killers, he encountered MI-6 and was later recruited.
He is very reluctant to kill, and has only killed 9 times (Exceptionally
low for a 00). He is, however, a skilled shot with a firearm and will shoot to
kill if he deems necessary. He has kept his fame low throughout his career and
therefore few know of him as an agent much less a 00. He is more likely to be
recognized as a photographer, his photographs having appeared in galleries and various art, architecture and modelling magazines. He also is a well known surfer in Hawaii.
